What does it cost?

Insurance clients pay a flat price per exclusive, SMS verified lead. Home service clients pay per shown appointment. Exact pricing depends on your market, vertical, and volume, and we give you the number on the fit call before you commit to anything.

How fast until the first leads or appointments come in?

The build typically takes about a week from kickoff. Once campaigns are live, insurance leads usually start flowing within days, and home service appointments begin filling the calendar as soon as homeowners are qualified and booked.

Do I need to run my own ads or ad account?

No. Campaigns run on our ad accounts, with our budget management and our creative. You never touch Ads Manager, and there is no ad spend on your card.

What happens if a lead is fake or an appointment does not show?

Invalid insurance leads (disconnected numbers, fake details, duplicates) are replaced. Home service appointments that do not show are credited, so you only ever pay for a homeowner who actually walked in the door or picked up the call.

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, credits, and replacements work for services provided by Kalvon Cuir ("Kalvon Cuir," "we," "us," or "our"). Because our model is built around paying for results rather than retainers, this policy focuses on what you receive for what you pay, and what happens when a lead or appointment does not meet our quality standards. By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Our Performance Based Model

Kalvon Cuir does not charge open ended monthly retainers for lead generation. Insurance clients pay a set price per exclusive lead, and home service clients pay per shown appointment. This means you are paying for a defined deliverable, and the terms below describe when that deliverable qualifies for a credit or replacement rather than a cash refund.

2. Invalid Lead Replacement (Insurance Clients)

Every lead we deliver is intended to be a real prospect with valid contact details. If a delivered lead does not meet our quality standards, it qualifies for replacement at no additional cost. A lead is considered invalid if it has any of the following issues:

  • A disconnected, non working, or clearly fake phone number.
  • Contact details that are false or intentionally fabricated (for example, an obviously fake name paired with unreachable contact information).
  • A duplicate of a lead already delivered to you within the same campaign.
  • A lead delivered outside the geographic area or filters agreed to for your campaign.

Invalid leads are replaced with new leads rather than refunded in cash. To qualify, an invalid lead must be reported to us within the review window described in Section 5, along with a brief note on the reason.

3. No Show Credit (Home Service Clients)

For home service clients on a pay per shown appointment model, you are billed for appointments where a qualified homeowner actually shows for the scheduled call or meeting. If a booked appointment does not show, it is credited so that you do not pay for an empty slot. A no show credit applies when:

  • The homeowner does not attend the scheduled appointment and cannot be reached at the agreed time.
  • The appointment falls materially outside the qualification criteria agreed to for your campaign (for example, project type, timeline, or homeownership).

Credits are applied toward future appointments. As with leads, no show situations must be reported within the review window in Section 5.

4. What Is Not Refundable

The following are not eligible for refunds, credits, or replacements:

  • Outcomes you control. We deliver qualified leads and shown appointments. We do not guarantee that any given lead or appointment will result in a closed sale or written policy, because closing depends on your offer, pricing, licensing, sales process, and follow up.
  • Slow or missed follow up. Leads and appointments contacted late convert far less often. Leads that go cold because they were not worked promptly are not eligible for replacement.
  • Valid leads or shown appointments that simply did not buy. A real prospect who was reachable and met the agreed criteria is a delivered result, whether or not they purchase.
  • Build, setup, or campaign work already performed. Any custom build, landing page, funnel, or campaign work already completed reflects time and resources already spent and is non refundable.
  • Change of mind. Deciding to pause or stop is always allowed under our month to month terms, but it does not create a refund for results already delivered.

5. Review Window and How to Request a Credit

To keep quality checks fair and verifiable, invalid leads and no show appointments must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery. To request a credit or replacement, email us at [email protected] with the lead or appointment details and a short description of the issue. We review each request promptly and, where it qualifies under this policy, issue a replacement or credit rather than a cash refund.

6. Cancellation

Our services are month to month with no long term contract. You may pause or cancel future service at any time by letting us know. Cancellation stops future delivery and future billing. It does not retroactively refund leads or shown appointments already delivered, or work already performed.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly and quickly. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us, on results that were validly delivered under this policy, may result in suspension of service while the matter is reviewed.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
